Coohom respects and protects user privacy. We may collect and use your information when you use Coohom services. By using or continuing to use our services, you acknowledge and accept the current contents of the Terms and the contents that may be updated at any time.

1.1 The website www.coohom.com (the “Coohom Platform”) is operated by Exacloud (Hong Kong) Limited (the “Coohom”). All products and services of Coohom platform are subject to this Terms. If certain products or services require specific privacy policies, we will explain to you before providing these products or services.

1.2 This Terms does not apply to products or services that are accessed through our products or services and that are provided to you by third parties, such as third-party websites displayed in our products or services. Any changes to this Privacy Policy will be communicated by us posting an amended Privacy Policy on Coohom Platform. Once posted on our Platform, the new Privacy Policy will become immediately effective. You agree that any information we hold about you (as described in this Policy and whether or not collected prior to or after the new Policy became effective) will be governed by the latest version of our Privacy Policy.

10.2 This Clause are inseparable from the User Agreement and the Intellectual Property Terms and have the same legal effect. The matters not agreed in this Clause are subject to the terms of the User Agreement.
